Very bad customer service and refund is a scam

a year ago
So I order my return and after 3 days a delivery boy even picked up my product and it's already 7 days past but I didn't recive my refund and now the company sent me review mail so like it's a scam right!!! A well known company harass their own customer and then they expect that we will order again!!! I literally sent 10 emails but still no response and now my money and the product both is gone
