Horrible Experience, really sad

Very poor, Boot is already used.. it was a guft for my husband as he is going to Ireland this weekend.. couldn't even exchange or return the product as he is going in 3 days.. Horrible Experience.. this was my first purchase with Levi and i won't purchase again from this site.. Horrible.. really sad this happened and I was insulted..

No, I do not recommend this product.
